CODE BREAKER !

 The Dark Shaper Kraw bustled around his dwelling looking for the DNA he'd been saving to increase the strength of his spawn handlers, when his underling came bursting in, screeching.

++ UNIVERSAL TRANSLATER ENGAGED ++

"Sire they're hatching !"

"I have lot's of creatures hatching, which ones are you squawking about ?"

"The Gnarloc's sire"

" Grab my bag, and follow me"

At times he wished he'd given himself wings, but didn't want them getting in the way when doing delicate work. He approached the nest cautiously, not to spook the mother, and watched the hatching, the first thing he noticed was the change in color, being predominately red, which was new, then he noticed the head and beak increase, plus the size of the claws was almost twice the size of normal. He whooped with glee, which surprised the underling, who'd never seen his sire show anything resembling happiness !

"Run to the Master Shaper, and tell him I've managed to unlock the locked strain, so hopefully we can do the same with the hounds and Krootox !"

Today I have finished the last two Gnarloc Riders to finish the squad, both have Kroot Rifles, pistols and blades, as their main weapons, but each holding different arrangements, I've used the same colors again, but varied the patterns again, to coincide with the above background, which I've done to explain the difference between mine and the Forgeworld ones.

Here is a group shot of all five.

This will be my last post for Monster May(hem) as regards to finished monsters, but I might have another sculpt post, will have to see. That's all for today, so until next time, stay safe, and have fun !

Cheers Dave

  6. Fantastic work on the latest batch of Kroot, Dave. You've made them look pretty easy to get done, which I know isn't the truth! They look really formidable all together too.

  8. That's quite the collection of Gnarlocs done - and they all look great together painted up like that, too! Unfortunately, I didn't get anything finished for yet another challenge this year but it's great to see that you certainly took up the slack from people like me!

    1. Thank you Azazael, currently have the Gnarloc itch scratched and don't feel the need to go back again ! LOL Shame you didn't get any monsters done, as you always manage to pull out some great models. I think I'm over compensating for last years failure on my part ! LOL
