I've left the roundup longer than last time to give everyone enough time to post up their entries, as last time I jumped the gun and missed a couple of Azazael's posts.
First is Simon's security troopers unit, you can check out these and other fine creations on his blog here fantoricalwargaming
Next is Roger's 15 mm Conan inspired barbarian army, you can check out these at rantingsfromunderthewargamestable
Last and by no means least is Joe's Dark Eldar unit with leader, you can see these and a mighty fine atmospheric gaming table at joesavestheday
I might have painted a couple of models along the way as well, but this post is about what everyone else did.
That's all for this post, next time will probably be more of my Star Wars project, so until then stay safe and have fun !
Cheers Dave
Thanks for co-ordinating the Challenge, Dave. Definitely helped me get my Colony 87 Security Troopers finished in quick time. Nice to see everyone's efforts too all in one place. Congrats to all involved :-)
ReplyDeleteNo problem Simon, was my pleasure to organise it, might do a few more next year, but we'll have to wait and see
DeleteThanks Dave for both the blog pug & getting me to paint some models, hopefully you will organize a few challenges next year but that they won't be lockdown ones :)
ReplyDeleteNo problem Frank, glad I could help on both. We can but hope mate that next year see's a break from lockdowns, and we can do the challenges just for fun

DeleteGreat stuff here Dave, and full marks to all of the participants. Unfortunately my blogging just came to a complete stop, and my painting wasn't much better over the last couple of months. I'll have to do some catch-up hopefully in the next week or so.
ReplyDeleteYou were missed on this one mate, hope things are improving for you
