FORGOTTEN HEROES Part 4

Today I have finished Spikes Harvey Rotten, I tried to do patches of faded denim on his clothing to give a well worn look, his ammo pouch belt I did in green to match the judges as they were who supplied him, and made sure to include his hand grenade earring, as this was an iconic look of his.

Here he is opposite Sabbat, and yes two different timelines, but they were both done for the same challenge.

I have no idea if, or what else I will do for the challenge this month, as I have some other things on the go at the moment, and a lot to prep for "The Season of Scenery" which starts next month, details to come soon on that. So until next time, stay safe, and have fun !

Cheers Dave

    1. Thank you Iain, was a long time ago when Spikes appeared, alongside Dredd, and Tweak running across the Cursed Earth to get to Mega City Two with a vaccine.

    1. Thank you SD, was surprised no one ever released an on foot version of Spikes, so was good to fill that role. Excellent stuff, I'm hoping to do better than a single drone this year ! LOL

  3. They both look great mate, I do remember Spikes in Judge Dredd, he was a great character, it was a real shame they killed him off. I think you can safely rest on your laurels now 😉
    Cheers Roger.

    1. Thank you Roger, he was a cool character, but understood his death for the story, especially being as no one ever thought of him as a hero. I've certainly beat last years total ! LOL

  6. Lovely job with this one matey. Well done on creating some really interesting characters for this challenge too.

(That grenade earing.... so heavy! His lobe must have been all stretched out and weird looking.)

  7. Spikes came out great, especially the beautiful blonde hair! He looks ready to join the Crue or something along those lines :) I look forward to seeing what you tackle next. It sounds like it might be a change of pace from the recent Dredd stuff!

  8. Whilst I'm not overly familiar with either character, you have done them justice, Dave. Definitely earned your badge.

    1. Thank you Jez, both were only in one long running story, so easy to miss if you weren't reading at the time.
