APOCALYPSE ME

This month I am running another challenge, and is all about the apocalypse, this could be Zombie, post Apocalyptic, or alien invasion, or any other apocalypse you can think off, you can do survivors or antagonists. Jeff asked if I would include scenery, as he planned to do some this month, so I will be including scenery as well, this will also include vehicles like the splendid ones Roger has done recently.

So far the list of contributors are as follows :

If any one else want's to take part just leave a comment below, and a link to your blog as well if I don't already follow you.

Now Matt is first out of the gate again with these great looking Zombies, and a likeness of an ex British Prime Minister who shall not be named.

If your already taking part in Zombtober, you are more than welcome to use your entries for both challenges.

If you really want to go all out you could make a conversion of yourself as a survivor in your chosen apocalypse. Below is one I did many years ago for my biker ranges.

That's all for this post, so until next time stay safe, and have fun !

Cheers Dave

    1. Can fully understand Joe, as you are working on your 54 mm Wild West project, we have some excellent participants, so I can safely say there will be lots of eye candy on show.
That's awesome Joe, is it on your blog, as I would love to see them ?

  7. I'm in, but you already know that, all my (official) entries will be zombie's I'm afraid, but thanks very much for posting the cars, actually have occurred to me that they would quality if I'd painted them this month (doh!!!!), best of luck with this, love the biker by the way, I feel sorry for anyone who works in a "spoke" factory in the future as all the bikes (your & matts a few weeks back) all seem to be "hub'less" ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hope to have my first three fig's up at the weekend, will link in to you and Simon then.

    Cheers Roger.

    1. It's great to have you on board for another challenge Roger, as we never know what you might bring to the table, until you show it. I hadn't intended on including scenery until Jeff asked, and as you did such an epic job on the cars I wanted them to be associated to the challenge and the best way was to have them as a reference point on the opening post.
Even with my real bikes I have steered away from spokes and had solids with cutouts, as they have a better chance of survival in an accident ! LOL

    2. Don't get too excited I'm just painting this time no conversion work at all.

Yes spokes on motorbikes are just a pain waiting to happen!

      Cheers Roger.
